Living Intentionally: Day One of Juicing

We have successfully completed day one of our juicing adventure.  I'm not going to lie to you, it was rough.  I thought it wouldn't be enough food for me and that I would be hungry all day.  Surprisingly I felt full most of the day.  The hard part was drinking the coconut water in the morning and the green juices at lunch and dinner.  Tomorrow I will be making a few adjustments like using spinach instead of kale and less ginger and parsley.  Hopefully that will make them easier to drink.  The green juices were very intense and hurt my stomach while I was drinking it.  The "orange" juice at breakfast was carrot-apple-ginger .  That is my favorite kind of juice so I am already looking forward to breakfast tomorrow.  The "red" juice during snack was watermelon-lime and was pretty good, I think I will use less lime tomorrow.

The dessert juice was Peach Pie Delight and it was delicious.  Even Aria liked it!

Here is a summary of all the fruits and vegetables I consumed today:

3 carrots, 7 apples, 3 cucumbers, 12 kale leaves, 2 celery stalks, 1 sweet potato, 2 peaches,  1/2 watermelon, 1/2 lemon, 1/2 lime, a handful of blueberries, basil, parsley, and ginger.

I also drank 16 ounces of coconut water, which for the record I think tastes like soggy bread water, two cups hot water, hot tea and probably 4 glasses of water.
