Goal 10: Be intentional about what we eat

Joel and I have been talking about the food we eat lately.  We have discussed going all organic, going vegetarian or even vegan.  I am still doing my research to help us make wise choices about what we eat but for starters we are doing a 5 day juice reboot.  In part of our research we have watched a few documentaries one of which being, "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead."  It follows a man who was overweight and unhealthy.  He chose to do a 60 juice fast and lost a lot of weight and improved his health so much he was able to stop all medication and his autoimmune disease went away.  We are hoping to clear out our systems of the processed junk as we start being more intentional about what we eat.


Tomorrow is day one.  I have never had so many fruits and vegetable in my kitchen at one time plus I have more in the fridge!
